2.Surface treatment:
Prepare the steel surface meticulously by shot blasting or sand blasting to Sa2.5 level, or achieve manual rust-removal to St3 level for optimal results.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point with relative humidity under 85% and wind force at or below level 3. If substrate temperatures drop below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react, thus halting construction. Avoid days with rain, fog, strong winds, or sand, and prevent condensation during early mornings or late evenings when working outdoors.

4.Notes:
1. Begin by mechanically stirring component A until it's evenly mixed, followed by a thorough blend with component B.
2. Maintain regular stirring throughout the coating process to avert sedimentation, which can disrupt the powder to liquid ratio, compromising the paint film quality.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of no less than 70μm and complete 1 to 2 coats for best protection.
4. Post-mixing, utilize the two-component paint within 5 hours to ensure optimal coating quality.
5. Securely seal the curing agent after use and consume promptly to avoid losses from reactions with moisture in the air.
