2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface requires either shot blasting or sandblasting to achieve Sa2.5 level, or manual rust removal to St3 level for optimal primer application.

3. Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is consistently 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity under 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, pause construction as the epoxy resin and curing agent may cease to react. Avoid outdoor application during rainy, foggy, or windy conditions, and be wary of condensation during early and late hours.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to application, mechanically stir component A thoroughly, then blend with component B for a uniform mix.
2. Continuously stir during application to prevent sedimentation, which might disrupt the powder to liquid ratio, affecting the paint film quality.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of ≥70μm, applying 1 to 2 coats as needed.
4. Typically, utilize the mixed two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain coating quality.
5. Once the curing agent is opened, seal tightly and use promptly to minimize losses from reactions with atmospheric moisture.
