2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface should be meticulously shot blasted or sand blasted to an impeccable Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to a pristine St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity maintained below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, the reaction between the epoxy resin and curing agent halts, necessitating a pause in construction. Avoid commencing work under the threat of rain, fog, strong winds, sandstorms, or condensation during morning and evening hours for outdoor applications.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, thoroughly mix component A mechanically until homogeneous, then blend evenly with component B.
2. Regular stirring during the coating process is imperative to prevent sedimentation that could disrupt the powder-to-liquid ratio, thus compromising the paint film's quality.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of ≥70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats to ensure optimal coverage.
4. Use the mixed two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain coating integrity, as delays can degrade quality.
5. After using the curing agent, seal it tightly to prevent any reaction with atmospheric moisture, minimizing potential losses.
