2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is skillfully shot blasted or meticulously sand blasted to meet the demanding Sa2.5 level, or meticulously rust-removed to achieve St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature must always be maintained at 3°C higher than the dew point, with relative humidity kept below 85% and wind force contained at or below level 3. For optimal results, cease construction when the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, as the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react. Avoid construction during inclement weather such as rain, fog, or high winds, and during periods of condensation in the early morning and evening for outdoor applications.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, mechanically stir component A to a uniform consistency before seamlessly blending it with component B.
2. Maintain regular stirring throughout the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which could disrupt the powder-to-liquid balance and compromise the paint film quality.
3. For optimal protection, ensure the dry film thickness is at least 70μm, recommending 1 to 2 coats for ultimate coverage.
4. Utilize the mixed two-component paint within a 5-hour window to maintain top-notch coating quality.
5. After using the curing agent, seal it tightly and use it promptly to avert losses from reactions with airborne water vapor.
