2.Superior Surface Treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared by shot blasting or sand blasting to Sa2.5 level, or by manual rust removal to achieve St3 level.

3.Optimal Construction Conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature supersedes the dew point by 3°C, with relative humidity maintained below 85% and wind force not exceeding level 3. Should the substrate temperature fall below 5°C, reaction halts between epoxy resin and curing agent, necessitating a pause in construction. Adverse weather such as rain, fog, high winds, and morning/evening condensation should be avoided for outdoor tasks.

4.Critical Notes:
1. Prior to application, component A requires thorough mechanical stirring before being seamlessly mixed with component B.
2. Regular stirring during application ensures sedimentation is prevented, maintaining an ideal powder-to-liquid balance and the overall excellence of the paint film.
3. A dry film thickness recommendation stands at ≥70μm, with 1 to 2 coats being ideal for optimal coverage.
4. The two-component paint, once mixed, should be expended within a 5-hour window to ensure quality is uncompromised.
5. Following the depletion of the curing agent, secure it immediately and use promptly to avert losses from atmospheric water vapor reactions.
