2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is expertly prepared through shot blasting or sand blasting to achieve a stringent Sa2.5 level of cleanliness, or meticulously rust-removed to meet the St3 level by manual methods, ensuring optimal adhesion and performance.

3.Construction conditions:
For optimum results, ensure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point, while maintaining a relative humidity below 85% and a wind force of no more than level 3. If the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, the curing reaction between the epoxy resin and curing agent halts, necessitating a pause in construction. Outdoor applications should be avoided during adverse weather conditions such as rain, fog, wind, and sand, as well as during times of condensation in the morning and evening.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, thoroughly mix component A using mechanical stirring to ensure uniformity, then blend it with component B until a consistent mixture is achieved.
2. During the coating process, it is crucial to stir regularly to prevent sedimentation, which can disrupt the powder-to-liquid balance, potentially compromising the integrity of the paint film.
3. For best results, aim for a dry film thickness of ≥70μm, accomplished through 1 to 2 coats.
4. Once mixed, the two-component paint should ideally be used within 5 hours to ensure quality. Prolonged exposure beyond this time frame may degrade coating effectiveness.
5. After the curing agent is utilized, promptly cover and consume it to avoid losses from reactions with atmospheric moisture.
