2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared using shot blasting or sand blasting to achieve a pristine Sa2.5 level, or manually refined to reach the St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
To ensure optimal results, the substrate temperature should be at least 3°C above the dew point with relative humidity maintained under 85%, and wind forces should not exceed level 3. If the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, reactions between the epoxy resin and curing agent cease, halting construction. Additionally, avoid proceeding on days with rain, fog, strong winds, or sand storms, and steer clear of morning and evening condensation for outdoor applications.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, ensure that component A is homogeneously mixed through mechanical stirring, followed by thorough blending with component B.
2. Maintain a consistent stirring routine during the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which could disrupt the powder-to-liquid balance and impair the quality of the paint film.
3. It is advisable to achieve a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats for maximum effectiveness.
4. Once mixed, the two-component paint should be utilized within a 5-hour window to maintain coating integrity.
5. Ensure that any remaining curing agent is tightly sealed and used promptly to prevent adverse reactions with atmospheric moisture, which could lead to material loss.
