2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared using shot or sand blasting to achieve Sa2.5 level, or manually cleaned to St3 level for optimal adhesion.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity staying below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. Construction should be halted if substrate temperature drops below 5°C as epoxy resin and curing agent reactions cease. Avoid adverse weather conditions such as rain, fog, wind, sand, and condensation, especially outdoors.

4.Notes:
1. Employ mechanical stirring to achieve a uniform mix of component A before combining with component B for consistency.
2. Maintain regular stirring during application to prevent sedimentation, ensuring a balanced powder to liquid ratio and preserving paint film quality.
3. It is advisable for the dry film thickness to be at least 70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats for optimal coverage.
4. Use the two-component paint within 5 hours post-mixing to maintain peak coating performance.
5. After using the curing agent, seal the container tightly and use promptly to prevent reaction losses with atmospheric moisture.
