2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously shot blasted or sand blasted to achieve Sa2.5 level, ensuring the highest quality, or manually rust-removed to St3 level for superior priming.

3.Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature must exceed the dew point by 3°C. Maintain relative humidity below 85%, with wind force at a maximum of level 3. If the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react, halting the construction process. Avoid undertaking construction on rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy days, and steer clear of morning and evening condensation for outdoor projects.

4.Notes:
1. Ensure thorough mechanical stirring of component A before use, followed by an even mix with component B for optimal performance.
2. Stir regularly during the coating process to prevent sedimentation, as this imbalance in the powder-to-liquid ratio can undermine the quality of the paint film.
3. For best results, the recommended dry film thickness is ≥70μm, achieved through 1 to 2 coats.
4. The combined two-component paint should be used within 5 hours to maintain coating quality; exceeding this timeframe may compromise the finish.
5. After utilizing the curing agent, seal it tightly and use it promptly to avoid losses caused by reaction with ambient water vapor.
