2.Surface treatment:
To ensure peak performance, the steel surface should be meticulously prepared, either by shot blasting or sand blasting to Sa2.5 level, or by manual rust-removal to St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
Construction is optimal when the substrate temperature exceeds the dew point by at least 3°C, with relative humidity maintained below 85%, and wind force at or below level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, the reaction between the epoxy resin and curing agent halts, necessitating a suspension of construction. Avoid outdoor application in adverse weather conditions such as rain, fog, high winds, or sandstorms, as well as during condensation-prone morning and evening hours.

4.Notes:
1. Ensure thorough mixing of component A with mechanical stirring before blending evenly with component B to achieve optimal coating performance.
2. Maintain consistent stirring throughout the application to prevent sedimentation, which could disrupt the powder-to-liquid balance and compromise the coating quality.
3. For best results, aim for a dry film thickness of ≥70μm, applying 1 to 2 coats as needed.
4. The mixed two-component paint should be utilized within 5 hours to prevent degradation of the coating quality.
5. Once the curing agent is opened, secure it tightly and use promptly to prevent degradation from moisture exposure.
