2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is expertly shot blasted or sand blasted to a pristine Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature must be 3°C higher than the dew point, with relative humidity under 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature dips below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease reacting and work should be halted. Avoid construction during rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy conditions and steer clear of condensation during early mornings and late evenings in outdoor settings.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to use, vigorously use mechanical stirring to mix component A until uniform, then blend it evenly with component B for optimal results.
2. Consistently stir during the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which could disrupt the powder to liquid balance, affecting the quality of the paint film.
3. For best results, ensure that the dry film thickness is ≥70μm, with 1 to 2 coats recommended.
4. Once mixed, the two-component paint should ideally be utilized within 5 hours to maintain coating quality.
5. After using the curing agent, seal it tightly and use it promptly to avoid losses from reactions with moisture in the air.
