1.Introduction:

2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature must be 3°C higher than the dew point, relative humidity <85%, wind force ≤ level 3; when the substrate temperature is lower than 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent stop reacting and construction should be stopped. Avoid rainy, foggy, windy and sandy days and condensation in the morning and evening for outdoor construction.

4.Notes:
1. Before use, employ mechanical stirring to thoroughly mix component A, then blend it evenly with component B.
2. Continuously stir throughout the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which can disrupt the balance of the powder to liquid ratio, impacting the paint film quality.
3. It is advised that the dry film thickness should be ≥70μm, with 1 to 2 coats for optimal protection.
4. After mixing, consume the two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain coating quality.
5. Ensure the curing agent is sealed tightly after use and consumed swiftly to avoid loss from reactions with water vapor in the air.
