2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface undergoes thorough shot blasting or sand blasting to Sa2.5 level, or manual rust removal to St3 level.

3. Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity <85% and wind force ≤ level 3; construction halts if substrate temperature drops below 5°C as the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react. Avoid outdoor work during rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy conditions, and prevent condensation in the morning and evening.

4. Important Notes:
1. Before application, use mechanical stirring to thoroughly mix component A, then combine it with component B until uniform.
2. Stir regularly during the coating process to avert sedimentation, which may disrupt the powder to liquid ratio, impacting the paint film's quality.
3. It is advisable to achieve a dry film thickness of ≥70μm, with 1 to 2 coats completed.
4. After mixing, the two-component paint should ideally be utilized within 5 hours. Delays may compromise the coating quality.
5. Secure the curing agent tightly after use and deplete it promptly to prevent losses due to reactions with atmospheric water vapor.
