2. Surface Treatment:
The steel surface should be meticulously shot or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually cleansed to St3 level for optimal results.

3. Construction Conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity maintained below 85%, and wind force kept at or below level 3. Construction should cease if the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, as the epoxy resin and curing agent will halt their reaction. Avoid rainy, foggy, windy, and sandy days, as well as condensation during morning and evening hours for outdoor applications.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to application, rigorously mix component A using mechanical stirring, ensuring it blends evenly with component B.
2. Stir regularly during the coating process to thwart sedimentation, which can disrupt the powder-to-liquid ratio and adversely impact the paint film's quality.
3. It is recommended that the dry film thickness be maintained at ≥70μm, with 1 to 2 coats applied for optimal protection.
4. Once mixed, the two-component paint should ideally be consumed within 5 hours to maintain coating efficacy, as exceeding this timeframe may compromise quality.
5. Once the curing agent is depleted, seal the container tightly and use promptly to prevent reactions with atmospheric moisture that could lead to material losses.
