2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously shot blasted or sand blasted to achieve a pristine Sa2.5 level, or manually treated to reach the St3 level of rust removal.

3.Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature must consistently be 3°C higher than the dew point, with relative humidity maintained below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. When the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, the reaction between the epoxy resin and curing agent halts, necessitating a halt in construction. It is crucial to avoid rainy, foggy, windy, and sandy conditions, alongside preventing condensation in the morning and evening during outdoor applications.

4.Notes:
1. Before applying, ensure thorough mechanical stirring of component A for a homogeneous mix before combining it evenly with component B.
2. Consistently stir during the application process to avert sedimentation, which could disrupt the powder-to-liquid ratio and potentially compromise the quality of the paint film.
3. For optimal results, the dry film thickness should be ≥70μm, with 1 to 2 coats applied.
4. Once mixed, the two-component paint should preferably be used within 5 hours to avoid any adverse effects on coating quality.
5. After the curing agent is consumed, ensure it is securely covered and utilized promptly to prevent losses resulting from reactions with atmospheric water vapor.
