2.Surface treatment:
Ensure the steel surface is meticulously shot blasted or sand blasted to an Sa2.5 level, or manually treated to an St3 level, ensuring pristine conditions for application.

3.Construction conditions:
Maintain substrate temperatures at least 3°C above the dew point, with a relative humidity lower than 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If substrate temperature dips below 5°C, cease construction to prevent reaction cessation between epoxy resin and curing agent. Avoid operations on rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy days and be cautious of morning and evening condensation for outdoor setups.

4.Notes:
1. Initiate the process by thoroughly mixing component A using mechanical stirring before combining it evenly with component B.
2. Stir intermittently during the application to thwart sedimentation, maintaining the integrity of the powder to liquid ratio, critical for the paint film's quality.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, applying 1 to 2 coats to ensure optimal results.
4. The mixed two-component paint should ideally be utilized within a 5-hour window to preserve coating excellence.
5. After using the curing agent, securely seal it and use it promptly to prevent unwanted reactions with atmospheric moisture, safeguarding against material loss.
