1. Introduction:

The epoxy zinc-rich primeris a state-of-the-art,highly-effectiveanti-corrosionsolution,formulated asa top-tiertwo-componentcoating system,utilizing epoxy resinas the foundationalelement, integrated withphosphor ironpowder, acutting-edge rust-proofpigment, andother key ingredients. The mix iscured usinghigh-quality polyamide.This premium product isconveniently packagedin dual components A and B.Characteristics:Exceptionalshielding properties, providingoutstanding anti-rustcapabilities, robustadhesion, plusexcellent resistance to oil and water.2. Surface Treatment:For optimal performance, the steel surface should beshot or sand-blasted to Sa2.5 standard, ormanually treated to St3.3. Construction Conditions:Ensure the substrate temperature exceeds the dew point by at least 3°C. Maintain relative humidity below 85% and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature dips below 5°C, cease all activity as the epoxy and curing agent will not react. Steer clear of construction during adverse weather conditions like rain, fog, strong winds, or when condensation is likely in the morning or evening.

4. Notes:
1. Thoroughly mix component A using mechanical stirring before combining it with component B.

2. Continuously stir during application to avoid sedimentation, ensuring a balanced powder-to-liquid ratio, which is critical for maintaining paint film integrity.
3. For optimal results, ensure the dry film thickness is at least 70μm, with one to two coats recommended.

4. Consume the mixed two-component paint within five hours, as prolonged exposure could compromise coating quality.
5. After use, seal the curing agent securely and utilize promptly to prevent losses from atmospheric water vapor reactions.
