2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared through shot blasting or sand blasting to Sa2.5 level, ensuring it is meticulously cleaned of rust, or by manual rust removal to St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
Optimal application conditions include a substrate temperature that surpasses the dew point by at least 3°C, with humidity maintained below 85%, and wind force at or below level 3. If temperatures fall below 5°C, postpone application, as the epoxy resin and curing agent halt reaction. Refrain from construction during rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy conditions, as well as during condensation periods in mornings and evenings for exterior applications.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, initiate mechanical stirring to ensure component A is uniformly mixed, then integrate thoroughly with component B.
2. Maintain consistent stirring throughout the application to avert sedimentation, which can lead to a disparity in the powder-to-liquid ratio, compromising the integrity of the paint film.
3. It is advised that a minimum dry film thickness of ≥70μm be achieved, with 1 to 2 coats completed for optimal protection.
4. The two-component paint should ideally be consumed within 5 hours post-mixing to maintain coating excellence. Extended time may degrade quality.
5. After the curing agent is opened, ensure it is securely sealed and utilized promptly to prevent potential losses from reactions with atmospheric moisture.
