2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared by shot blasting or sand blasting to achieve Sa2.5 level, or through manual rust removal to reach St3 level for optimal results.

3. Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature exceeds the dew point by at least 3°C. Maintain relative humidity below 85%, and keep wind force at or below level 3. If substrate temperature falls below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease reacting, necessitating a halt in construction. Avoid undertaking outdoor projects during rain, fog, strong winds, or sandstorms, and be wary of condensation during mornings and evenings.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to application, vigorously mix component A using mechanical stirring to uniformity, then blend thoroughly with component B.
2. Consistently stir throughout the coating process to avert sedimentation, as imbalance in the powder-to-liquid ratio can compromise the paint film's quality.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of ≥70μm, with 1 to 2 coats recommended for optimal protection.
4. Use the mixed two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain superior coating integrity, as extending beyond this timeframe may degrade quality.
5. Ensure the curing agent is tightly sealed after use and consumed promptly to prevent unwanted reactions with atmospheric moisture, which can lead to material degradation and potential loss.
