2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface should be meticulously shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 grade or manually rust-removed to St3 grade for optimal preparation.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is consistently 3°C above the dew point with a relative humidity below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. Construction must cease when substrate temperatures drop below 5°C, as the epoxy resin and curing agent will not react efficiently. Avoid construction during inclement weather conditions such as rain, fog, strong winds, and sandstorms, as well as high condensation periods in the mornings and evenings for any outdoor projects.

4.Notes:
1. Initiate use by thoroughly mixing component A using mechanical stirring, followed by equally thorough mixing with component B.
2. Continuous stirring during the application process is crucial to prevent sedimentation, which might lead to an imbalanced powder to liquid ratio thus compromising the final paint film quality.
3. For best results, aim for a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats accordingly.
4. Upon mixing, it's imperative that the two-component paint is utilized within a 5-hour window to maintain superior coating quality.
5. Once the curing agent is depleted, ensure the container is tightly sealed and use the remaining contents promptly to prevent adverse reactions with moisture in the air, which could lead to unnecessary losses.
