2.Surface treatment:
Ensure the steel surface undergoes a thorough shot blasting or sand blasting to attain a pristine Sa2.5 level, or meticulously remove rust manually down to St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
For optimal results, the substrate temperature must be 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity below 85%, and wind force at or below level 3. If the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease their interaction, necessitating a pause in construction activities. Avoid working outdoors during rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy weather, and be cautious of condensation during early mornings and late evenings.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, vigorously mix component A with mechanical stirring, ensuring complete homogeneity, before blending thoroughly with component B.
2. Maintain regular stirring during the coating process to avert sedimentation, which could skew the powder-to-liquid ratio and impinge on paint film quality.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of no less than 70μm, with 1 to 2 coats recommended for optimal protection.
4. Post-mixing, utilize the two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain coating integrity, as exceeding this timeframe may degrade the quality.
5. After depleting the curing agent, ensure the container is securely sealed and used promptly to prevent unwanted reactions with atmospheric moisture, which could lead to losses.
