2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared either by shot blasting or sand blasting to achieve a pristine Sa2.5 level, or by manual rust-removal to reach the St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is consistently 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity maintained below 85%, and wind force kept at or below level 3. If the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, the reaction between the epoxy resin and curing agent ceases, necessitating a halt in construction. Outdoor work should be avoided during rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy conditions, and during morning and evening condensation.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, thoroughly mix component A using mechanical stirring, then blend it evenly with component B for optimal results.
2. Maintain regular stirring throughout the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which can disrupt the powder to liquid ratio and compromise the paint film's quality.
3. It is advisable to achieve a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats for best performance.
4. Once mixed, the two-component paint should ideally be utilized within 5 hours to ensure coating integrity.
5. After using the curing agent, secure the container tightly and use it promptly to prevent degradation from exposure to moisture in the air.
