1.Introduction:

2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature must be 3°C higher than the dew point, relative humidity <85%, wind force ≤ level 3; when the substrate temperature is lower than 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent stop reacting and construction should be stopped. Avoid rainy, foggy, windy and sandy days and condensation in the morning and evening for outdoor construction.

4.Notes:
1. Before use, employ mechanical stirring to mix component A thoroughly, then blend evenly with component B.
2. Consistently stir during application to prevent sedimentation that may disrupt the powder to liquid balance, affecting the paint film's quality.
3. For optimal results, ensure the dry film thickness is ≥70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats.
4. Post-mixing, utilize the two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain coating quality, as prolonged exposure may degrade it.
5. After using the curing agent, seal it tightly and consume promptly to avoid losses from reactions with air moisture.
