2.Surface treatment:
Ensure the steel surface is meticulously prepared by shot blasting or sand blasting to Sa2.5 level, or manually clean to St3 level for maximum adhesion.

3.Construction conditions:
Maintain substrate temperature at least 3°C above dew point, with relative humidity below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, halt construction as the epoxy resin's reaction with the curing agent stops. Avoid construction during adverse weather conditions such as rain, fog, strong winds, and sandy conditions. Avoid morning and evening condensation for best results.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, thoroughly mix component A using mechanical stirring before combining with component B for a homogeneous blend.
2. Maintain regular stirring throughout the coating process to prevent sedimentation, ensuring the powder to liquid ratio remains balanced for optimal paint film quality.
3. For best results, aim for a dry film thickness of ≥70μm, applying 1 to 2 coats as necessary.
4. Use the mixed two-component paint within 5 hours to avoid compromising the coating quality.
5. After using the curing agent, seal it tightly and use promptly to prevent loss from reactions with atmospheric moisture.
