1. Introduction:

2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously shot blasted or sandblasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to the St3 level.

3. Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature must be 3°C above the dew point, relative humidity below 85%, wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react, necessitating a halt in construction. Avoid adverse weather conditions such as rain, fog, strong winds, sandstorms, and condensation during morning and evening outdoor applications.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to use, employ mechanical stirring to homogenize component A, then blend it thoroughly with component B.
2. Stir the mixture regularly during application to avoid sedimentation, which could disturb the powder-to-liquid ratio and compromise the quality of the paint film.
3. It is advised that the dry film thickness should be at least 70μm, with 1 to 2 coats applied.
4. After mixing, the two-component paint should ideally be utilized within 5 hours. Exceeding this period may adversely affect coating quality.
5. Once the curing agent is depleted, seal it tightly and consume it promptly to prevent losses due to reactions with ambient water vapor.
