1. Introduction:

2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface is expertly shot blasted or sand blasted to achieve Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to attain St3 level.

3. Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is consistently 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity maintained below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. Construction should pause if the substrate temperature falls below 5°C as the epoxy resin and curing agent will halt reaction. Avoid construction during rainy, foggy, windy, and sandy conditions, as well as during condensation in the morning and evening for outdoor projects.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to application, mechanized stirring is essential to blend component A thoroughly, followed by uniform mixing with component B.
2. Conduct regular stirring during the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which could disrupt the powder to liquid ratio and compromise the paint film's quality.
3. We recommend a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, ensuring the application of 1 to 2 coats for optimal performance.
4. Post-mixing, utilize the two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain premium coating quality.
5. Securely cover the curing agent promptly after use and consume it as soon as possible to prevent unwanted reactions with atmospheric water vapor.
