2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is professionally shot blasted or sand blasted to the high precision Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to a meticulous St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
For optimal application, ensure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point with a relative humidity of less than 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. Should the substrate temperature fall below 5°C, pause construction as the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react. Steer clear of rainy, foggy, windy, and sandy conditions, as well as morning and evening condensation for outdoor projects.

4.Notes:
1. To begin, utilize mechanical stirring to achieve a uniform mix of component A, then thoroughly blend it with component B.
2. Maintain regular stirring throughout the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which could disrupt the powder to liquid balance and impact the quality of the paint film.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of ≥70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats for optimal protection.
4. Post-mixing, the two-component paint should ideally be used within 5 hours. Exceeding this timeframe may detrimentally affect coating quality.
5. After the curing agent is consumed, seal it tightly and utilize promptly to avoid losses from potential reactions with atmospheric moisture.
