2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is expertly shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level for optimal preparation.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity under 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent halt reactions, and construction should pause. Avoid adverse weather such as rain, fog, and wind, and monitor for condensation during early morning and late evening when working outdoors.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to usage, employ mechanical stirring to evenly blend component A, then mix thoroughly with component B for consistent application.
2. Consistently stir during application to prevent sedimentation, maintaining the powder-to-liquid ratio for superior paint film quality.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of ≥70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats as recommended.
4. After mixing, utilize the two-component paint within 5 hours to ensure optimal coating performance.
5. After the curing agent is opened, seal it tightly and use it promptly to avoid reactions with ambient moisture, safeguarding against material loss.
