2.Surface treatment:
Ensure optimal performance by treating the steel surface with shot blasting or sand blasting to Sa2.5 level, or manually removing rust to achieve St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
For peak effectiveness, keep the substrate's temperature at least 3°C higher than the dew point with relative humidity below 85%, and wind force no greater than level 3. If the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, the chemical reaction between epoxy resin and curing agent ceases; hence, construction should be halted. Avoid construction during adverse weather conditions such as rain, fog, wind, and sandy weather, and watch for condensation in the morning and evening.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, mechanically stir component A to achieve uniformity, then blend thoroughly with component B.
2. Maintain regular stirring during the application to prevent sedimentation which could alter the powder-to-liquid ratio, potentially compromising the paint film's quality.
3. For successful application, ensure the dry film thickness is at least 70μm, recommending completion in 1 to 2 coats.
4. Once mixed, the two-component paint should be consumed within 5 hours to maintain coating quality.
5. After using the curing agent, cover it tightly and utilize promptly to avoid loss due to reaction with moisture in the air.
