2.Surface treatment:
For optimum performance, the steel surface should be meticulously prepared through shot blasting or sandblasting to a pristine Sa2.5 level, or manually treated to a high-quality St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is consistently 3°C above the dew point, with a relative humidity less than 85%, and wind forces not exceeding level 3. Note: If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react, halting construction. Avoid construction during adverse weather such as rain, fog, strong winds, or sand, and steer clear of condensation periods in the morning and evening during outdoor projects.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, utilize mechanical stirring to thoroughly mix component A, ensuring a homogeneous blend with component B subsequently.
2. Consistently stir during the coating process to avert sedimentation, which could disrupt the powder-to-liquid ratio, thus impacting the paint film's quality.
3. It is advisable to achieve a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, completing one to two coats for best results.
4. Upon mixing, the two-component paint should ideally be utilized within 5 hours to maintain the integrity of the coating quality.
5. Post-use, seal the curing agent tightly to prevent exposure to moisture in the air, minimizing losses due to potential reactions with water vapor.
