2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared through shot blasting or sand blasting to achieve Sa2.5 level, or manually cleared of rust to reach St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is consistently 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity maintained below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent will cease to react, necessitating a halt in construction activities. Steer clear of rainy, foggy, windy, and sandy conditions, as well as morning and evening condensation, especially for outdoor projects.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, thoroughly mix component A using mechanical stirring, then blend evenly with component B for optimal results.
2. Consistently stir throughout the coating process to prevent sedimentation, as this imbalance can compromise the powder-to-liquid ratio and diminish the quality of the paint film.
3. For best results, ensure the dry film thickness is at least 70μm, applying 1 to 2 coats as necessary.
4. After mixing, the two-component paint should ideally be used within 5 hours to maintain coating quality. Extended times may lead to degradation.
5. Once the curing agent is opened, it should be sealed tightly and consumed promptly to avoid losses from reactions with atmospheric moisture.
