1. Introduction:

2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface should be meticulously shot blasted or sand blasted to a Sa2.5 level, or rust removed manually to a St3 level for optimal results.

3. Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity under 85%, and wind force no greater than level 3. When substrate temperatures fall below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react, halting construction. Steer clear of rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy days, as well as morning and evening condensation, especially for outdoor projects.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to use, thoroughly blend component A using mechanical stirring, then evenly combine with component B for optimum performance.
2. Regular stirring during application is essential to prevent sedimentation, ensuring a balanced powder-to-liquid ratio and maintaining the paint film's quality.
3. It's advisable for the dry film thickness to meet or exceed 70μm, with 1 to 2 coats applied for effective coverage.
4. Once mixed, the two-component paint should ideally be used within 5 hours to maintain coating quality. Prolonged times can degrade performance.
5. After utilizing the curing agent, seal it tightly and use promptly to avert potential reactions with atmospheric moisture, preventing unwanted losses.
