2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface must undergo shot blasting or sand blasting to achieve a Sa2.5 level, or alternatively, it should be manually rust-removed to the St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure that the substrate temperature exceeds the dew point by at least 3°C with relative humidity below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, the reaction between epoxy resin and curing agent ceases; hence, construction should be paused. Refrain from outdoor construction during rainy, foggy, windy, and sandy conditions, as well as during morning and evening condensations.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to use, mechanically stir component A thoroughly before mixing it evenly with component B.
2. Regular stirring during the coating application is essential to prevent sedimentation, which could disrupt the powder-to-liquid balance and compromise the paint film quality.
3. The recommended dry film thickness is ≥70μm, with 1 to 2 coats advised for optimal coverage.
4. After mixing, utilize the two-component paint within 5 hours; surpassing this duration may adversely affect the coating quality.
5. Once the curing agent is opened, ensure it is sealed properly and consumed promptly to avoid reaction with ambient water vapor, which could lead to loss.
