2. Surface Treatment:
Ensure the steel surface is meticulously shot or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level for optimal results.

3. Construction Conditions:
The substrate temperature must consistently exceed the dew point by 3°C, with relative humidity maintained at <85% and wind force ≤ level 3. When temperatures drop below 5°C, the reaction between epoxy resin and curing agent halts, necessitating a pause in construction. Refrain from outdoor work during rainy, foggy, windy, sandy conditions, and avoid early morning and evening condensation.

4. Notes:
1. Employ mechanical stirring to ensure component A is thoroughly mixed before combining it with component B for uniformity.
2. Continually stir during the coating process to avert sedimentation, which may disrupt the powder to liquid ratio, potentially compromising the paint film's integrity.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of ≥70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats for optimal application.
4. Utilize the mixed two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain coating quality. Exceeding this period may deteriorate the finish.
5. Once the curing agent is depleted, promptly seal it and use it swiftly to prevent adverse reactions with atmospheric moisture.
