2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared through shot blasting or sand blasting to achieve an immaculate Sa2.5 level. Alternatively, manual rust removal can be conducted to meet the St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure optimal conditions for application: the substrate must consistently register a temperature 3°C above the dew point, with the relative humidity maintained below 85% and wind force not exceeding level 3. If substrate temperatures drop below 5°C, halt epoxy resin and curing agent reactions to safeguard the construction process. Avoid adverse weather conditions such as rain, fog, or strong winds and prevent condensation during morning and evening outdoor projects.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, employ mechanical stirring to expertly blend component A, ensuring a uniform mix with component B.
2. Maintain consistent stirring during the coating procedure to avert sedimentation, which could disrupt the powder-to-liquid ratio and compromise the paint film's quality.
3. For best results, aim for a dry film thickness of ≥70μm and apply 1 to 2 coats accordingly.
4. Once mixed, the two-component paint should ideally be utilized within 5 hours to prevent a decline in coating quality.
5. Securely cover the curing agent immediately after use and consume promptly to avoid losses from reactions with atmospheric water vapor.
