2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface must be treated through shot blasting or sand blasting to reach Sa2.5 level, or meticulously rust-removed to St3 level by hand.

3. Construction conditions:
Ensure substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity under 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, halt construction as the epoxy resin and curing agent reaction stops. Refrain from outdoor construction during rainy, foggy, windy, and sandy weather, as well as morning and evening condensation.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to usage, employ mechanical stirring to thoroughly mix component A, then blend it evenly with component B.
2. During the coating process, maintain regular stirring to avert sedimentation that may distort the powder-to-liquid balance, impacting the paint film's quality.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of ≥70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats for optimal results.
4. Post-mixing, use the two-component paint within 5 hours to preserve coating quality.
5. After utilizing the curing agent, ensure it is tightly sealed and consumed promptly to prevent reactions with atmospheric water vapor, avoiding potential losses.
