2. Surface Treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously shot blasted or sand blasted to the Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to the St3 level, ensuring a perfect base for coating.

3. Construction Conditions:
The substrate temperature must always be 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity maintained below 85%, and wind force kept at or below level 3. If the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent will cease reacting, pausing construction. Avoid rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy conditions, and steer clear of morning and evening condensation for outdoor application.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to application, thoroughly mix component A using mechanical stirring, and subsequently blend it well with component B.
2. Ensure periodic stirring throughout the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which could disrupt the powder-to-liquid ratio, affecting the quality of the final paint film.
3. It is advised that the dry film thickness should meet or exceed 70μm, with 1 to 2 coats applied to achieve this.
4. Once mixed, the two-component paint should ideally be used within 5 hours to ensure optimal coating quality.
5. Once the curing agent is depleted, seal the container tightly and utilize it promptly to prevent losses from reactions with moisture in the air.
