2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface can be expertly shot or sand-blasted to an immaculate Sa2.5 level, or meticulously rust-removed to St3 level manually.

3. Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature must be maintained at a minimum of 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity under 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If substrate temperature drops below 5°C, reactions between epoxy resin and curing agent cease, halting construction. Avoid construction on days with inclement weather such as rain, fog, high winds, or sand, as well as during morning and evening condensation for outdoor applications.

4. Notes:
1. Before use, employ mechanical stirring to achieve an even mix of component A, then blend thoroughly with component B.
2. Stir the mixture regularly during the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which may disrupt the powder to liquid balance, potentially compromising the quality of the paint film.
3. Achieving a dry film thickness of ≥70μm is recommended, with 1 to 2 coats for optimal results.
4. Post-mixing, the two-component paint should ideally be used within 5 hours to maintain coating integrity.
5. After the curing agent is consumed, ensure the container is sealed tightly and utilize it promptly to prevent any adverse reactions with ambient water vapor.
