2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously shot blasted or sand blasted to a pristine Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to a refined St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is a minimum of 3°C above the dew point with relative humidity under 85%, and wind force below level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, halt construction as the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react. Steer clear of construction during inclement weather conditions such as rain, fog, high winds, or sandstorms, and avoid times of condensation in mornings and evenings during outdoor applications.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to use, thoroughly mix component A using mechanical stirring, then blend evenly with component B.
2. Maintain regular stirring during the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which can lead to an imbalance in the powder-to-liquid ratio and compromise the quality of the paint film.
3. It is advised that the dry film thickness should be maintained at ≥70μm, with 1 to 2 coats being applied.
4. Post-mixing, ensure the two-component paint is utilized within 5 hours to maintain optimal coating quality.
5. Once the curing agent is depleted, securely cover and use promptly to prevent reactions with atmospheric water vapor that could lead to material loss.
