2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared with either shot blasting or sand blasting to the high standard of Sa2.5, or manually cleaned to the St3 level, ensuring optimal adhesion and performance.

3.Construction conditions:
To ensure impeccable results, maintain substrate temperatures at least 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity under 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. Note that temperatures below 5°C halt the reaction between the epoxy resin and curing agent, necessitating a pause in construction. Eschew construction on days of rain, fog, strong winds, or sand, and avoid morning and evening dew for outdoor projects.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to use, ensure mechanical stirring of component A to achieve uniformity, followed by its combination with component B.
2. Stir regularly during application to avert sedimentation, which could disrupt the powder-to-liquid balance and compromise the paint film's integrity.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, achieved over 1 to 2 coats for optimal protection.
4. The mixed two-component paint is best utilized within a 5-hour window to maintain coating quality.
5. Ensure the curing agent is tightly sealed post-use and consumed swiftly to mitigate loss from reactions with atmospheric water vapor.
