2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared through shot blasting or sand blasting to a precise Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to a perfect St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent halt their reaction, necessitating a stop in construction. Outdoor application should avoid rainy, foggy, windy, and sandy conditions, as well as condensation during morning and evening.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to use, mechanically stir component A thoroughly, then blend seamlessly with component B for optimal results.
2. Maintain regular stirring during the application process to prevent sedimentation, ensuring an ideal powder-to-liquid ratio and preserving the paint film's quality.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats for best performance.
4. After mixing, utilize the two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain the impeccable quality of the coating.
5. Once the curing agent is depleted, promptly seal and consume it to prevent losses caused by reactions with atmospheric moisture.
