2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface should be meticulously prepared, utilizing shot blasting or sand blasting to achieve Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level to ensure optimal adherence.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure that the substrate temperature is consistently 3°C higher than the dew point, with relative humidity maintained at less than 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. Notably, when the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent halt their reaction, necessitating a pause in construction activities. Avoid conducting work on rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy days and steer clear of morning and evening condensation for any outdoor projects.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, thoroughly mix component A using mechanical stirring until uniform, then blend it evenly with component B.
2. It is vital to regularly stir the mixture during the coating process to prevent sedimentation; failure to do so can disrupt the balance of powder to liquid ratio, compromising the quality of the paint film.
3. For optimal coverage, it is recommended to achieve a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, with the application of 1 to 2 coats.
4. Once mixed, the two-component paint should ideally be used within 5 hours to maintain the coating's integrity. Exceeding this time frame could degrade the quality.
5. After utilization, tightly cover the curing agent to avoid any undesirable reactions with moisture in the air and to prevent wastage.
