2.Surface treatment:
Prepare the steel surface by either shot blasting or sandblasting to the impeccable Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-remove to achieve the St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature exceeds the dew point by 3°C, with relative humidity below 85%, and wind force no greater than level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent will cease to react, and construction should be halted. Avoid rainy, foggy, or windy and sandy days, as well as morning and evening condensation, for any outdoor construction projects.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, use mechanical stirring to thoroughly mix component A, then blend it evenly with component B.
2. Continually stir during the coating process to prevent sedimentation, ensuring the powder-to-liquid ratio remains balanced for optimum paint film quality.
3. For best results, the dry film thickness should be maintained at ≥70μm, with 1 to 2 coats being optimal.
4. Once mixed, utilize the two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain coating quality.
5. After using the curing agent, ensure it is tightly sealed and consumed promptly to prevent losses from reactions with air moisture.
