2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is expertly shot blasted or sand blasted to a pristine Sa2.5 level, or meticulously rust-removed to a St3 level of purity.

3.Construction conditions:
Optimal conditions require the substrate temperature to exceed the dew point by 3°C, with relative humidity maintained below 85% and wind conditions not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, the chemical reaction between the epoxy resin and curing agent halts, necessitating a pause in construction. Avoid adverse weather conditions such as rain, fog, strong winds, and sandy environments, as well as morning and evening dew for outdoor projects.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, thoroughly mix component A using mechanical stirring to achieve uniformity, followed by an even blend with component B.
2. Regular stirring during the coating process is essential to prevent sedimentation, which could disrupt the powder-to-liquid ratio and compromise the integrity of the paint film.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats for optimal coverage.
4. Utilize the mixed two-component paint within a 5-hour window to maintain coating quality, as delaying beyond this period can be detrimental.
5. Once the curing agent is opened, ensure it is sealed tightly and consumed promptly to avoid losses due to reactions with atmospheric water vapor.
