2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface is expertly prepared by shot blasting or sand blasting to Sa2.5 level, or meticulously rust-removed manually to St3 level.

3. Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature exceeds the dew point by at least 3°C, maintaining relative humidity below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react, necessitating a pause in construction. Avoid outdoor application under rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy conditions, as well as in the presence of morning and evening condensation.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to usage, engage mechanical stirring to thoroughly mix component A, and then combine evenly with component B.
2. Continuously stir during application to prevent sedimentation, which can disrupt the powder-to-liquid ratio and compromise the paint film's quality.
3. For optimal results, ensure the dry film thickness is ≥70μm, with 1 to 2 coats applied.
4. After mixing, utilize the two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain coating quality.
5. Securely cover the curing agent once opened, and use promptly to avoid reaction with ambient water vapor, ensuring minimal loss.
