2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface undergoes shot blasting or sand blasting to achieve Sa2.5 level perfection, or manual rust removal to attain St3 level sophistication.

3. Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity remaining under 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. Avoid construction when the temperature falls below 5°C, as the epoxy resin and curing agent cease reaction. Refrain from outdoor construction during rainy, foggy, windy, and sandy conditions, as well as during morning and evening condensation.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to use, employ mechanical stirring to thoroughly mix component A, and subsequently blend it uniformly with component B.
2. Maintain regular stirring during the coating process to avert sedimentation, which can disrupt the powder to liquid ratio and compromise the paint film's quality.
3. Aim for a minimum dry film thickness of ≥70μm, with the completion of 1 to 2 coats.
4. Post-mixing, utilize the two-component paint within a 5-hour window to ensure optimum coating quality.
5. After utilizing the curing agent, seal it tightly and deplete it promptly to avoid losses from reactions with atmospheric water vapor.
