2. Surface treatment:
Ensure the steel surface undergoes shot blasting or sand blasting to an Sa2.5 standard, or manually remove rust to reach an St3 level.

3. Construction conditions:
The substrate must maintain a temperature 3°C above the dew point, with humidity below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease interaction, halting construction. Avoid outdoor tasks on rainy, foggy, windy, sandy days, and during morning or evening condensation periods.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to application, thoroughly mix component A using mechanical stirring, then blend it uniformly with component B.
2. Stir frequently during application to avoid sedimentation, which may lead to an imbalance in powder to liquid ratios, affecting the paint film's integrity.
3. It is advisable for the dry film to maintain a thickness of ≥70μm, with 1 to 2 coats applied.
4. Post-mixing, utilize the two-component paint within 5 hours to ensure optimal coating quality.
5. Once the curing agent is depleted, seal tightly and use promptly to prevent degradation from air moisture reactions.
