2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure that the substrate temperature is 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity below 85%, and wind force at or below level 3. If the temperature falls below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react, so construction should be paused. Avoid undertaking construction on days with rain, fog, wind, sand, or noticeable morning and evening condensation.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to use, mechanically stir component A thoroughly, then blend it well with component B for optimal results.
2. Ensure consistent stirring during the coating process to deter sedimentation, which can lead to an imbalance in the powder-to-liquid ratio, thereby affecting the paint film's quality.
3. It is recommended that the dry film thickness be maintained at ≥70μm, with 1 to 2 coats completed for maximum durability.
4. Once mixed, the two-component paint must be used within 5 hours to maintain high-quality coating results.
5. Once the curing agent is depleted, seal it tightly and use it as soon as possible to avoid losses from reactions with airborne water vapor.
