2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared, shot or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, ensuring pristine conditions, or manually purified to St3 level for optimal results.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is consistently at least 3°C above the dew point, with humidity kept below 85% and wind strength not exceeding level 3. Construction should be paused if the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, as the epoxy resin and curing agent will cease to react. Refrain from applying in rainy, foggy, windy conditions, and avoid morning and evening condensation for superior outdoor application.

4.Notes:
1. Initiate the process with mechanical stirring to homogenize component A, then seamlessly blend with component B for maximum effectiveness.
2. Maintain regular stirring throughout application to prevent sedimentation, ensuring the powder to liquid ratio remains balanced for a flawless paint film.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of ≥70μm, and complete 1 to 2 coats for optimal durability and protection.
4. Use the mixed two-component paint within 5 hours to retain its efficacy and quality.
5. Secure the curing agent immediately after use, ensuring it is tightly covered and utilized quickly to avoid unwanted reactions with atmospheric moisture.
