2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is expertly prepared through shot or sand blasting to a pristine Sa2.5 level or is manually rust-free to an impeccable St3 standard.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature remains 3°C above the dew point with a relative humidity under 85% and wind force no greater than level 3. Note that if the substrate temperature is below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent will cease reacting, halting construction. Avoid outdoor projects during rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy weather, and steer clear of morning and evening condensation.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, thoroughly mix component A using mechanical stirring, then ensure a perfect blend with component B.
2. Maintain regular stirring throughout the coating process to avert sedimentation, which could disrupt the powder to liquid balance and compromise paint film quality.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, applying 1 to 2 coats as necessary.
4. Once mixed, the two-component paint should be utilized within 5 hours to uphold superior coating quality.
5. Post-use of the curing agent, ensure it is securely sealed and used promptly to avoid potential losses from reactions with atmospheric water vapor.
